State Bank of India (SBI) on 18 August 2015 launched a mobile wallet (M-wallet) application named SBI Buddy. The application was launched in collaboration with Accenture and Mastercard. The services of the application will be available to both the existing as well as non-SBI customers.1
Features of Buddy
• The application is available in 13 languages
• It carries several features like cash transfer, bill payment, all types of ticket bookings payment and booking for movies, hotels as well as for shopping.
• It also has features like reminders to settle dues, recharge and pay bills instantly.
